The EGS-210 Echelle Grating Spectrometer developed by Light Spectrum Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-performance, compact high-resolution spectrometer. It is suitable for Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy (ICP), Plasma Spectroscopy, and Raman Spectroscopy detection, as well as astronomical research such as spectroscopy of exoplanets and other high-end scientific research and industrial applications.
- Resolution better than 0.03nm@300nm
- Wide dynamic range, continuous coverage from 180nm to 1100nm wavelength
- Compact, portable, reliable, with no moving grating components
- Compatible with various high-performance array detectors, such as deep-cooled CCD, ICCD, EMCCD, and sCMOS
- Flexible optical system configuration according to customer requirements for optimal performance
- The EGS-210 employs a two-dimensional cross-dispersion echelle grating-prism optical path structure with a focal length of 210mm and an aperture of F/9. This spectrometer can simultaneously measure spectra in the 200nm-1100nm range with a resolution of 0.03nm.
- The echelle grating disperses light through high-order, high-diffraction angles, with angular dispersion determined by the diffraction angle, which is 3-6 times that of traditional high-density gratings. The spectrometer then separates the spectral orders through a prism, ultimately forming a two-dimensional cross-dispersed spectral analysis system.
- By using a two-dimensional array detector for spectral signal detection, it fully utilizes the spatial signal acquisition capability of the array detector. The EGS-210 requires no moving optical elements, effectively ensuring the stability and reliability of the spectrometer.
- The EGS-210 is compatible with deep-cooled CCD, ICCD, EMCCD, and sCMOS detectors. The detector target surface can reach up to 20mm×30mm, and when paired with a 14mm×10mm ICCD detector, it can achieve full-element LIBS analysis in the 200nm-900nm wavelength range.
